A group set up to acquire the track bed and property along the route of the former Lynton & Barnstaple narrow gauge railway says it's delighted the station at Bratton Fleming is back on the market.

Exmoor Associates says it has a narrow window to raise the £325,000 needed to buy the 2 bedroom property and pay the legasl fees.
It's set up a "just giving" page to help raise the cash.
It's understood other potential buyers are also interested in the property
